Born and raised in Hamilton, a proud graduate of Mohawk College and a student athlete. Justin’s passion for building relationships, elevates his enthusiasm in the financial planning role to assist our clients' needs. Applying strong communication skills with his ability to listen, learn and implement strategies for our clients provides the core focus of sound financial planning advice.

As part of Justin’s key role in the Daleo Group, he is front and center delivering support and top-level customer service to our clients through their journey and path to achieve their financial goals. Justin is active in the Hamilton community through many charities and in his recreational time, he is still heavily involved in community sports.

With over 10 years at IG Wealth Management, Giorgio is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional working with the Daleo Group Private Wealth Management Team, playing an integral role in the construction and implementation of our IG Living Plans. He studied Economics, Statistics and Computer Science at McMaster University and has continued his education through the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning.

An academic and analytical background provide a unique skillset that helps build customized financial planning solutions for our clients based on their unique goals and circumstances. Giorgio was born and raised in Niagara Falls and currently resides in Hamilton with his wife Lisa.

Cameron is a dynamic professional in the field of business development, having carved a niche for himself with his strategic acumen and innovative approach to client servicing. Raised in Ancaster, Ontario, Cameron’s early years were marked by a strong sense of community and a passion thriving in a team environment. He pursued his education with a focus on marketing & business management, which laid the foundation for his role within the Daleo Group.

In his current role, he has honed his skills in identifying growth opportunities and building lasting strategic partnerships. His proactive approach and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking executive team member. Outside of work, Cameron remains connected to his roots in Ancaster, often participating in local community & music-based events.
